NEW LOCATION, NEW CONCEPT, YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE IT!
Join us for our 9th Annual St. Paddy’s Day event at its new location: Heritage Hill in Murrieta, CA! This is now a (some paved/mostly wide trail) 5K TRAIL RUN with spectacular 360˚ views. Because it is a trail run, there are multiple start waves: 8am | 8:30am | 9am | 9:30am. Be sure to sign up in the same wave as your friends and family!
Race entry includes chip timing, t-shirt or tank, green drink of choice (21+), themed race bib, and a lucky finisher's medal at the end of the rainbow!
If you are under 21 or do not drink, non-alcoholic drinks will be available! All ages welcome but strollers and wheeled devices will not be allowed on the course. Spectators welcome!
This is a challenging, but totally do-able paved and wide trail run; think of it like a beautiful Sunday morning hike... with benefits!
A portion of the proceeds from this event go to Rose Again Foundation. Rose Again Foundation provides services to improve the health, wellness, education and self-worth of orphans, foster children and emancipated foster youth in the Temecula region.

Parking, check-in, registration, some restrooms, and start line are located at the bottom of the hill. To return to your car, you will walk down the wide paved driveway to the parking lot.

8-12pm – SHENANIGANS, giveaways, dance party!!!
This is a totally do-able mixture of paved road and wide trail 5K! Think of it like a beautiful Sunday hike... with benefits!
The start line is at the bottom of the hill and you immediately make your way to the crest of Heritage Hill, on a wide paved road. You then enter wide trails along the perimeter of Heritage Hill and frolic about, enjoying the magnificent 360˚ views. Wind your way to the finish line and finisher's festival at the very top of the hill where you will be awarded with a well-deserved lucky green drink of choice (21+), dance party, endless frolicking, giveaways, and more views than you can possibly handle!
STAYING SAFE ON THE TRAILS
Please use common sense. Although the trails are nicely manicured, this is still a trail run so there will be divots, some rocks, a couple fairly steep inclines, etc. so watch your footing. Most runner traffic is 1-way but there are a couple of short spots where you will cross one another so please use caution and don't push or nudge. If you need to get by somebody in a narrow area, please let them know what you are doing: "Coming up on your left", "Coming up on your right", but most importantly, wait until it is safe to pass. And this goes without saying: use your common sense! If you're looking to win, we suggest that you sign up for the first wave so there is less crowding.
Medals + winner basket will awarded to 1st place male and female finishers of each wave. Since this is a smaller race, we will not have age category medals. However, you will still be able to look up your age category place online in the results!
Age categories are: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
$45 thru 1/31/20

WHY DID WE CHANGE LOCATIONS?
We LOVE Cougar Winery but recently, Riverside County made some changes and we are no longer able to hold our event there. But the party must continue, and we think you will love our new location and concept!
